They are programs to extract files, you need to install one of those. "Winrar" or "Winzip". Once you install it, you simply extract the game files, open the folder and open "game.exe".
Uh sorry to hear that, I really don't know what the problem could be, on my computer and on a friend's it runs fine, I wouldn't know how to help you, im sorry :(

The problem with android is that i have no way to check if it runs or get bugs. If you want, i can export it for you to test it.
